The Burgiss Group, LLC is a privately-held technology and financial services company headquartered in Hoboken, New Jersey. We specialize in software-based solutions for investors in private equity and other alternative assets.
Our 270 clients are some of the world's largest investors in alternative assets and include pension funds, endowments, foundations, fund of funds, gatekeepers, consultants and family
offices. Although our clients are predominantly in the United States,
we have clients throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

We view our principal challenge as providing long-term solutions in the face of rapidly changing technology.
We measure technology by what it does for people. Does it matter, for example, how data is stored? Of course it does, but only insofar as it can be retrieved efficiently and effectively and further, that it be reliable. As a result, we are less concerned with database performance benchmarks than with reliability and total cost of ownership. Here are questions we focus on: Does the technology work? Does it work as designed? Is it efficient? What maintenance does it require? Can it be upgraded with a minimum of disruption to users?
