Ways to Contact Us
- The best way to contact us is support»burgiss. Messages sent to this email address go to our entire client support team (currently in the U.S. and Europe).
- Call us at (610) 640-2880. Calls during our business hours will be directed to someone who can help you. If one person can't find the answer, we'll find someone who can.
- If you don't have email and you need to communicate to us in writing, fax us at (610) 640-2881.
No matter how you choose to contact us, know that you have a knowledgeable, dedicated team working for you. Often, we'll ask you for more information. Sometimes the best way to solve a particularly thorny problem is to have you send us your data so that we can recreate the problem.

Call When You Need Help
There are many ways to get to us. First and foremost, we want you to know there are human beings here. So if you need immediate attention, call us 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. US eastern time at (610) 640-2880 and you will almost always get a person. We know that this is probably the most expensive way to serve you, and we may have to call you back, but we understand that you are under time pressure as well. As a courtesy, we simply ask you to not cry wolf... unless of course, there's a wolf!

Why reach only one member of the team when you could have access to the whole team?
Our email-based support is simple and reliable. When you email us at support»burgiss, a number of things happen:
- Your concern is captured in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Our entire support team is notified.
This has an immediate benefit. Our support team is in two diverse time zones (Europe and US Eastern) and may, due to travel, be in even more (US Central or West Coast, or on occasion, the Far East). As time permits, this team will take on problems individually or collectively and so speed their resolution.
