Via Public Transit

Trains and PATH from New Jersey
New Jersey Transit commuter trains from north Jersey can be taken directly to the Hoboken Station, located one block from our offices. Call or click NJ Transit for specific train schedules and rates.

Northeast corridor trains to Newark Penn Station connect with NJ Transit trains or PATH trains to Hoboken. To reach Hoboken via PATH, take the PATH to Exchange Place. Cross to the other side of the platform and board a Hoboken bound train (not a Newark bound train) The Hoboken PATH station is one block from our offices, adjacent to the NJ Transit train station. PATH trains run every 5 to 10 minutes.

PATH train from New York
PATH trains to Hoboken can be taken from 33rd Street (Herald Square), 23rd Street, 14th Street, 9th Street, and Christopher Street. The Hoboken PATH station is located one block from our offices adjacent to the NJ Transit train station.

At the Hoboken Path Station, go up the stairs at the Street/Bus level Exit. Immediately cross the street, Hudson Place. There will be a Provident Bank on the corner of Hudson Place and River Road. Walk one short block on River and you will see the Weichert Realty Office (with a yellow sign) at the corner of River and Newark Streets. This is our building. Turn right at this corner to go to our entrance, Suite 5B, under the fire escape. If you walk too far, you will end up in the Hudson River!

Buses from New York and New Jersey
Several buses run to Hoboken from New York (Port Authority) and New Jersey. The bus station is one block from our offices adjacent to the NJ Transit train station. Call or click NJ Transit for details.

Ferry from New York
Ferry service to Hoboken is available from the World Financial Center and Pier A (Battery Park City). Ferry terminal is one block from our offices, adjacent to the NJ Transit train station.

By Automobile

From the North, Route 3 or the Lincoln Tunnel
Take the NJ Turnpike or Garden State Parkway to Route 3 East/Lincoln Tunnel exit. Follow Rt 3 East to 495 towards Lincoln Tunnel.
Exit at Hoboken exit, last exit before Lincoln Tunnel. At light, go straight, down the hill to "T" intersection. Turn right at "T", proceed straight, through several lights and over a bridge into Hoboken. From the Lincoln Tunnel, take the first exit (Hoboken), and proceed straight, through a couple lights and over a bridge into Hoboken to 14th Street.

Turn left at 14th Street, go to the end and turn right onto Hudson Street. Take Hudson Street almost to the end (approximately 15 blocks) and
turn left at Hudson Place. Go one block and turn left on River Street. Our building is on the corner of the next street, Newark Street.
Find parking at a parking garage or lot a couple blocks further down River Street.

From the South and Holland Tunnel
Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 14C Holland Tunnel (do not get off before the stoplight or you'll be hopelessly lost in Jersey City), or Route 1&9
across the Pulaski Skyway, to the first stoplight. Be in the left lane for both the Turnpike and 1&9 approaches to the light. Turn left at the light
and proceed through several lights to the end of the street (beneath a railroad overpass). Turn right (this will become Observer Highway) and go to the end of the street. Turn left on Hudson Street, go one block and turn right on Hudson Place, go one block and turn left on River Street. Our building will be on the right on the corner of the first street, One Newark Street. There is a yellow Weichert Realty sign at the end of the building. Find parking at a parking garage or lot a couple blocks further down River Street.

Holland Tunnel from NYC
Turn right at first street after exiting from the Holland Tunnel. Follow through several lights to the end. Turn right onto Observer Highway and continue as above.

Finding the Front Door

The historic Hoboken Land Office building has many doors. To find the door to the Burgiss Group offices, start at the corner of River Street and Newark Street. Facing east, you will see the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline. The Weichert Realty is the office on the end of the building. Walk down Newark Street toward NYC. The front door to the Burgiss Group is next to our sign.
